I've been to all three of the Alfa Romeo dealerships in the Chicago suburbs for service and this was by far the easiest visit. Kathryn was extremely accommodating, and unlike the other dealer's got me set up with a complimentary Lyft to and from the dealer. She also did not try to upsell me with spark plugs which I had thought I needed. The only odd thing this that there's no actual service lane, but this is to be expected for a very niche brand, and it's really not an issue as Kathryn was very quick ...
Truly, a great dealership. They treat you with respect and don't try to take advantage of you with frivolous 'repairs'. Great service and within the time they estimate.
The service department was professional, informative and helpful. They kept me abreast of everything that they were doing. It was a great experience!
